Paint Your Freedom Mandala Workshop
“Be yourself, everybody else is already taken.” (Oscar Wilde)
Symbolised by the colour blue, our throat chakra, Visuddha is situated within the vertebral column of the neck region and is responsible for creative expression and communication of our need for freedom, truth and individuality.
In this workshop you will experience an illuminating creative healing journey reflecting the essence of the throat chakra.
Beginning with a visualisation meditation to go with the flow and journalling your response you will be guided to reflect on your current dreams and goals.
This will be followed by creating your vision board to visualise turning your dreams and goals into reality.
Completing this workshop, you will be guided to paint or collage your mandala to embody your freedom of expression and to follow your dreams and goals with fresh energy, insight and self-belief.
No previous art experience necessary.
