Introduction to Art Therapy workshop

Symbolised by the colour red, our root chakra Muladhara is located at the base of our spine and is our primal life energy centre focusing on our instincts for survival, safety, ancestral origins and family ties.
In this workshop, you will experience exploring your unique creative healing journey reflecting the essence of the root chakra.
Beginning with a guided visualisation meditation, journalling and life journey roadmap creation you will be directed how to paint or collage your mandala to express your journey of self-discovery and reconnection igniting your primal desires and passions.

Symbolised by the colour yellow, our Solar Plexus chakra, Manipura is located just above our naval and represents our energy centre for willpower and self-esteem, that drives our personality towards actioning our dreams and goals and self-belief to do it.
In this workshop you will experience an enriching creative healing journey reflecting the essence of the solar plexus chakra.
Beginning with a guided visualisation meditation transforming fear into courage you will have time for self-reflection and journalling and then move on into creating your own unique power symbol.
Completing this workshop, you will be directed how to paint or collage your mandala creation to ignite your personal power, charisma and confidence for your own inner light to shine.

In this workshop you will experience an illuminating creative healing journey reflecting the essence of the throat chakra.
Beginning with a visualisation meditation to go with the flow and journalling your response you will be guided to reflect on your current dreams and goals.
This will be followed by creating your vision board to visualise turning your dreams and goals into reality.
Completing this workshop, you will be guided to paint or collage your mandala to embody your freedom of expression and to follow your dreams and goals with fresh energy, insight and self-belief.
